Job Description
Territory Sales Manager 

Specialized in Ultrasound

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY

  • Being responsible for the sales revenue in the assigned territories
  • Leading a team of 3 salespersons to achieve sales KPIs
  • Establish a strong network and build close rapport with hospital C-suites and key decision makers to cover ultrasound sales activities in Hanoi and Northern Vietnam (For both public hospitals and private clinics)
  • Develop in-depth product comprehension to be able to present key point of differentiations and consult customers on device configuration that is suitable to their application needs and budget
  • Interface with Clinical Specialist, and Service counterparts to help ensure high customer satisfaction including appropriate involvement with equipment turnover.

SCOPE OF WORK

Deal Management & Order Generation

  • Proactive sales of high quality Ultrasound systems in to the assigned territories
  • Build up and leverage information network in the hospital to fill up precise data into sales funnel
  • Actively follow up with customer and implement initiatives to convert opportunities into orders

Account Development and Management

  • Develop customer database in the assigned territories
  • To make customer appointment planning and conduct sales visits to clients in the assigned territory to promote and gain customer preference for products distributed by TNT Medical
  • Propose communication plan, relationship development initiatives and sales facilitating activities to create and strength customer intimacy (from basic > interactive > advocate)

Team Management and Subordinate Trainings

  • Develop leadership skills to effectively allocate and manage workload among sales team members to achieve target KPIs
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to Ultrasound team member during sales activities for long term strategic growth.

Sales Reporting
Submit weekly report for opportunities identification, evaluation, and follow up status on sales funnel/ sales tracking systems to maximize effectiveness on territory

Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Work closely with the marketing team and sales manager to build up customer databases, market analysis, and competitor analysis
  • Analyze market trends to identify the competitors’ strategies.

Product Knowledge Acquisition

  • Actively participate in product trainings as well as independently create a self-learning schedule for the assigned product portfolio to:
  • Acquire an overall understanding of all available product ranges and models
  • Acquire substantial knowledge about key features of the target product models
  • Understand competitors’ counter arguments and how to tackle to change mindset and switch brands
  • Able to consult on different product configuration for different customer budget
  • Able to demonstrate and promote the target products in a professional manner

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCES

  • BS/BA degree in disciplines related to sales, business, healthcare related (preferred Medical Bachelors in Hanoi Medical University or HCMC Medicine and Pharmacy University; or Biomedical Engineering from Hanoi and HMC University of Technology)
  • 3 – 5 years experiences in medical device sales and with knowledge and insights in selling Ultrasound (required)
  • English Fluency – able to communicate and received training in English
  • Radiology and/or Diagnostic Imaging sales experience is a plus+
  • Proven track record in career to date
  • Ability to effectively manage assigned territory
  • Motivated and driven
